How much does dpp.cloud cost?

dpp.cloud pricing has two independent components: your pricing tier (Growth, Professional, or Enterprise) and your SKU activation bundle (€2,000, €3,000, or €5,000).

Platform tiers determine setup and annual costs: Growth (€3,000 setup + €7,000/year), Professional (€5,000 setup + €12,000/year), or Enterprise (custom pricing). Year one totals €10,000–€17,000 for platform + setup before SKU activation. SKU bundles are chosen separately: €2,000 bundle, €3,000 bundle, or €5,000 bundle. They only determine your per-SKU cost (€1.00, €0.50, or €0.25 respectively). You can pair any tier with any bundle based on your product volume.

Do I pay per product (SKU), and is it recurring?

dpp.cloud charges a one-time activation fee per SKU (product variant). The per-SKU cost depends on which SKU activation bundle you choose: €2,000 bundle is €1.00 per SKU, €3,000 bundle is €0.50 per SKU, €5,000 bundle is €0.25 per SKU. This is not recurring. You pay once when you activate each SKU and it remains active for your entire contract period.

What is the difference between Professional and Growth pricing?

Growth (€3,000 setup + €7,000/year) includes 5 users, standard email support, and basic features. Professional (€5,000 setup + €12,000/year) includes 20 users, priority support, AI user manuals, and deeplink shop integration. The tier you choose determines platform features and support but does not affect SKU activation costs.

Should I choose Enterprise, and what does it cost?

Choose Enterprise if you want to use dpp.cloud as a digital touchpoint for service, returns, warranty management, self-help functionality, or aftermarket revenue opportunities. Enterprise includes unlimited users, 4-hour response SLA support, and custom pricing based on your needs.

How does pricing change when I add more products?

Accepted Answer

You purchase an SKU activation bundle once (€2,000, €3,000, or €5,000), which gives you a pool of SKUs to activate whenever you want during your contract period. For example, the €5,000 bundle gives you 20,000 SKUs at €0.25 each. You only pay again if you exceed your bundle's total SKU limit.

Can I start with Growth and upgrade to Professional later?

Yes. dpp.cloud is designed to scale. You can upgrade tiers as your team grows or your feature needs increase. When you upgrade, you pay the difference in annual platform fees going forward. Your existing SKU activations remain active. Growth is ideal for testing market fit before committing to Professional's €12,000/year investment.

No. While dpp.cloud provides digital product passports for regulatory compliance, it is a full digital interaction platform. Beyond compliance, dpp.cloud enables ticketing systems, in-app chat, video call support, deeplink integration with your shop, product history tracking, and self-help documentation.
